99 Days Trial Policy
Within 99 calendar days of mattress delivery, you will have a chance to return or refund of any kind reason you are not satisfied with your mattress. To be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your 99-nights trial period and have had it for at least 30 days, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our Facebook Page Support Team / WhatsApp Support Team . Once your eligibility is being confirmed, we’ll arrange our third-party delivery partner to pick up the mattress from your residence. Return is only eligible for mattress delivery after 30 days. This is because your body need a 30 days to accommodate a new mattress.
For West Malaysia
Your total payment in full for that issue mattress will be fully refunded less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.
For East Malaysia
A RM250 will be charge as transportation fee to ship your mattress back to our warehouse. This amount will be directly deduct from the total refund amount.
For Singapore
A RM300 will be charge as transportation fee to ship your mattress back to our warehouse. This amount will be directly deduct from the total refund amount.
For HOOLAH Installment Plan
A 7% on the purchase price will be charge as refund processing fees. This amount will be directly deduct from the total refund amount.
